 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 Red Onion
 1 Green Bell Pepper
 3 Cloves Garlic
 1 lb Ground Beef
 ½ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Black Pepper
 2 tsp Chili Powder
 1 tsp Oregano
 ½ tsp Dried Basil
 ¼ tsp Turmeric
 ½ tsp Paprika
 ½ tsp Cumin
 ¼ tsp Chipotle Powder
 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper

Dice the red onion and green bell pepper. Mince the garlic. Set Instant Pot to sauté (medium) and add olive oil. Add the diced onion and bell pepper and a pinch of salt and pepper. Sauté for around 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, and another pinch of salt and pepper. mince the ground beef as it starts to brown. Once the ground beef is minced and browned, add in the minced garlic and let sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add in all of the spices.

NOTE: The salt and pepper included in the spice list are separate from the pinches added to the veggies and ground beef earlier.

Let the spices warm up for another minute, and then secure the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, release the pressure, and put this in a taco!
